1. Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Thank you for choosing PrepFirst for your interview preparation.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your PrepFirst subscription at any time. To cancel, please navigate to your account settings or contact our support team at [contact@prepfirst.ai]. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. At the end of the billing period, your subscription will not be renewed, and your account will be downgraded to the free plan.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital service and the costs associated with providing real-time AI feedback, we have a no-refund policy. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services.

We encourage you to use our free trial of 3 uses to evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription.

If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

Upon exhaustion of the Free Trial, users must purchase a subscription to continue using the service. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or yearly). Payments are processed via our third-party payment processor, Razorpay.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing your account, attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, or using the service for any illegal purposes.

PrepFirst provides a fully digital service for interview preparation. As such, there are no physical products that are shipped to our customers.

All services, including AI-powered feedback and access to premium features, are delivered electronically through our website, accessible immediately after a successful subscription payment. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase, and your account will be upgraded instantly.
